I had a easy time using wholescripts.com. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t run into any weird delays or buttons that felt hard to spot. I liked that the search bar was where I expected it to be, and the menu labels were clear enough that I wasn’t second-guessing where to click. I ordered from WholeScripts and everything showed up just like I picked online. No wrong items. Nothing missing. That matters most to me. The quantities were correct too. The labels were easy to match with my order email. So putting everything away was quick. Simple experience overall. No mistakes. I’d order from them again.

The product seemed original to me, and everything was fine overall. The box did arrive a little dented, but it didn’t affect what was inside. that kind of reminded me that packaging isn’t always perfect, but what matters most is that the product itself feels legit and works as expected.

"Prescription process was surprisingly painless"
Sorting out the prescription was way easier than I expected. The forms were actually clear for once, I didn’t end up stuck clicking around in circles, and the whole thing was done quickly. Why can’t more places make it this straightforward? It shouldn’t feel like a major life event just to get a prescription sorted, but here we are. Thankfully, this one was simple.

I remember opening the first couple invoices a little nervous, expecting some random fee to pop up like it usually does with other places. But every time, the bill matched exactly what I ordered. I used wholescripts.com and overall the communication was alright. They did respond to my messages, so it wasn’t like I was being ignored, but some of the replies were short and left me wondering what was actually going on.
It wasn’t a bad experience, but something felt a little off with how unclear the updates were at times. I just think it would feel a lot smoother if they gave more detailed answers without needing to ask follow-up questions.

I was kind of expecting the refill process to be a hassle, but it actually went through easy. Everything showed up on time and I got what I needed, so even though it wasn’t exactly anything exciting, I really don’t have any complaints.

"Tracking was a little inconsistent"
The tracking was mostly accurate, but it didn’t always update right away. A couple times it looked stuck in the same spot for like a day, then suddenly it was further along. The package got here fine, so no real issue there, just wish the updates were a bit more exact.

"Decent ordering, but returns could be clearer"
Ordering was totally fine, no issues there. But the return policy could REALLY use some clearer wording. I had to go back and read it a couple times to figure out what’s actually covered and what isn’t. It’s not the worst policy ever, but it does feel a little strict if you just change your mind. The refund did come through, but it wasn’t exactly fast. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars

"Got it sorted way faster than I expected"
I had some kind of login problem after placing my order and thought it was going to turn into a whole thing. But support got back to me that same day and just fixed it without making it complicated. I don’t know, it was such a relief and I really appreciated how easy they made it.

I ordered from WholeScripts and the package did end up arriving, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely moved for a couple days, which was kind of annoying. I was starting to wonder if it got stuck somewhere. Then boom, it showed up. Everything was there and packed fine, so I’m not upset or anything. I just wish the shipping updates were clearer or the delivery was a bit faster
